Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. My credit card was charged to an ATM withdrawal that was not made by or authorized by me. I contacted Citi Cards within minutes of the fraud and the card was canceled and the fraudulent transaction was acknowledged. Citi Cards has since investigated the {$2700.00}. ATM withdrawal, and the {$130.00}. transaction fee, and the {$31.00}. interest fee for this XX/XX/2020 transaction supposedly in XXXX ( told to me by Citi ). Citi has since sent me a letter saying that I made the transaction ( traveled to XXXX from Texas ) and I was therefore libel for the money.
