Credit card or prepaid card — CITIBANK, N.A. (NY)

Problem with fees. During Covid-19 pandemic, citibank is refusing to remove late fees, even though the business i work for us still closed and we dont have a date of opening yet. During such a hard times, Citibank doesnt care to remove fees, even though other banks removed it without me even calling them.
