XX/XX/2020 XX/XX/2020 I spoke with a rep for payment hardship during Covid 19 As I required assistant I reached and I was offered assistance which allowed me to make a lower payment without reflecting as late, until current. Capital One issued a statement Were here to help, in order to support customers experiencing financial difficulties due to COVID-19. It appeared that they were prepared to work with me in order to provide payment relief without causing late payments to appear on my credit report. They did not honor that statement as my credit report reflects late during the months of XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/2020.
