Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I sent multiple credit disputes with these companies asking them to investigate items on my credit report that are not mine. I sent in a report from the federal trade commission with my personal statement. I also sent in a detailed letter referencing federal laws that the bureaus must abide by. Based on their lack of responding in the time frame and their investigation results they have not abused by laws.
