Account information incorrect. CITI XXXX ) I called for a deferment for a few months due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. They agreed that a ate payment for the following 3 months would not report as a late pay on my credit report and they did not comply ... to my surprise I have my credit report to be qualified for my 1st home and there is the late payment that they stated they would not report ... this is killing my score and now i do not qualify for the home ... i need this reversed immediately to read paid on time ... .I need the 30 day late for XX/XX/2020 updated to paid on time as we had an agreement.
