Checking or savings account — WELLS FARGO & COMPANY (OR)

Banking errors. I, XXXX XXXX, wrote a check to my neice, XXXX XXXX for {$130.00} on XX/XX/2020. The check was deposited into her Wells Fargo account. On XX/XX/2020, Wells Fargo pulled the check out of her account and debited her account. Wells Fargo claimed that the check was not authorized, which is a lie because there is clearly a authorization number on the check. Wells Fargo is still holding this money, having never returned the funds to me, the original maker of this check. This is XX/XX/2020.
