Debt collection — Convergent Resources, Inc. (CA)

Debt was result of identity theft. I went into XXXX to talk about possibly setting up a plan. The man had me fill out all my information and then presenting an outrageous price for phones and I walked. Come to find out, the employee still opened an account without my consent. I've tried handling this with XXXX and they keep saying because I dont have a pin I can't get into the account. Well it was illegally opened so how was I supposed to get my pin. My credit has now been hit for four years because of their worker. This happened in California.
