Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I have written to transunion and disputed several items on my credit report. They keep saying that the item is verified as being correct. Per the fair credit report act section 609 a 1a i have asked for them to provide me with original consumer contract with my signature on it or the account must be deleted. I open dispute the last one was on XX/XX/XXXX and it got closed out with no explanation. You can't up load anything to there website so i expressed mail them a letter on Saturday that they received on tuesday. I have sinced open up another dispute.
