None. On XX/XX/2020, I contacted Amerisave to inquire about a mortgage refinance loan. I spoke with a loan originator and went through several options. We discussed several loan strategies and how my current rating would affect the rates. We even went so far as to only include the person I informed the loan originator that my goals were to shorten my term and lower the percentage rate even if it meant a slightly higher payment. I also did not want to pay anything at closing. We looked at many options and discussed how many of them actually paid the customer money instead of having to bring money to closing.
