Account information incorrect. I have been sending certified letters to Comenity Bank/Victoria Secret, my account # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, to update and report correctly to the credit bureaus. I have been diligently paying my store credit card and have gone beyond expectations to ensure that my balance has been brought down in order for me to keep a valuable relationship with the store and also repair my credit report/score. I met the expectations of the company and beyond, making additional payments on a regular basis. Now my balance is down to {$800.00} and my credit report shows {$1400.00} dated XX/XX/2020. I am constantly calling and requesting this to be updated and their process, and also sending certified letters. No response via mail and via phone the representative simply states it
