Debt collection — V and H Portfolio (TX)

Debt is not yours. I have mailed letters to Vance & Huffman Llc as well as spoke on the phone with the company stating I need validation of this debt they claim I owe. I have yet to receive a contract with my signature, nor have I received any form of mail correspondence pertaining to this debt. They are reporting on my credit which effects my employment. I spoke to the original creditor and was told that I have a XXXX balance with the company. I request that this account be closed and removed from my credit due to the fact I don't owe this debt and the company has failed to provide any documentation which is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
