Credit card company won't increase or decrease your credit limit. ON Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX, CapitalOne sent me an email advising i had a secure message to read regarding my Capital One Credit card accounts The message advised that Capital One was lowering my credit limit to {$5000.00} ( from {$13000.00} ) because i was " only using a portion of my credit limit. '' I subsequently received a letter vis USPS I called Capital one to question the decision - i ... I have been a customer for 7 years, i used their car every month and NEVER missed a payment. They told me they could not help me, to reapply for a credit increase in 6 months I filed a complaint on social media with the same response I will be XXXX this month - I believe this is an age discrimination issue
