Other problem. The prior context for this complaint is complaint XXXX. Since having that refunded added to my account ( and their misrepresentation of events in their response to that complaint ), I closed the account by phone an XX/XX/XXXX with over {$3000.00} in credit. During that conversation they said I would be sent a check for the amount in credit. On XX/XX/XXXX, having still not received payment, I contacted them by phone, to which they claimed they had never processed any request to have the funds that I was in credit returned to me and stated they would do so. I told them if it was not received within 48 hours I would be filing additional complaints with you ( the CFPB ) as they are intentionally not providing monies owed to me.
