Other problem getting your report or credit score. I am in the process of finding a new apartment. My current lease ends at the end of this month. I've recently found a new apartment ; however, the new leasing office ( XXXX ) has been unable to pull my XXXX credit report, after various attempts. The leasing office receives an error telling me to contact XXXX. I've been calling XXXX numerous times a day over the past week, but they continue to quickly tell me that my file is not locked and that there shouldn't be any issue. The apartment is being held for 7 days, but I need to get this resolved ASAP or I may end up without a place to stay..The leasing office is using a company Core Logic to pull the credit report.
