Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (AL)

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I reviewed my credit information and discovered that there is a Bankruptcy, Chapter XXXX listed on my credit file from XX/XX/XXXX, and Bankruptcy, Chapter XXXX filed XX/XX/XXXX. I begin to investigate and determined that the courts did not report to the credit bureaus. I did obtain a letter from the credit advised that it was not reported by them. I also reached out to XXXX as well and they also sent a response advising that they do not make any contact with any credit reporting agencies. I was never provided with any information advising the information has been verified or accurate.
