Debt collection — Resurgent Capital Services L.P. (MA)

Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. I had two accounts with resurgent capital, they are now paid, resurgent states that when the accounts are paid off, all trademarks will be removed, my two accounts XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX are listed as derogatory condition, I have contacted resurgent and they state that there is no such account. This is not true
