Funds not received from closed account. My card was lost on XX/XX/2020 I made a claim after realizing my business bank account and savings were cleaned out and left with a high negative balanced. Bank of America took my paycheck deposits, my regular deposits as well as my {$1200.00} stimulus check and ignored my claim as well as my affidavit submitted to them. Bank of America closed my account and will not restore the credits taken from my account since XX/XX/2020 nor will allow me to withdraw my remaining balance which is over {$2000.00}. This denial has caused hardship especially in the social climate of covid-19. I lost my job because I could not access my account to pay for gas. Food supply in my home is low. It has been over two months now and this is highly unlawful.
