When I left the complex, management said that they would keep my XXXX deposit and since there was only a month left, would not hold me to the lease. Additionally, my XXXX son and spilled bleach on an area of the carpet that both maintenance and management were made aware of. Both stated that it was time for that carpet to be replaced and not to worry about it. I never heard anything from anyone at XXXX XXXX. An acquaintance whose mother works for my ex husband took a position at XXXX XXXX after I moved from complex and this person abused their power and position and created a debt that never existed. As soon as this person took a management position with XXXX XXXX, she reported an erroneous amount of XXXX to XXXX XXXX
