None. Hello. I used XXXX at XXXX to transfer money and I closed the account because I had to go back to XXXX. The date was XX/XX/2020. I supposed to receive money by today but I did not still get it. Before I close account, I asked banker whether it is ok or not and he told me that it is ok because it did not show any error. But actually I think there is an error. And may be I found what the error is. I told the recipient account number is " XXXX ''. But I think may be I needed to put " XXXX '' which is branch code before the number. about this error, I called XXXX first. And he told me to call to XXXX, and it told me that they can do nothing.
