Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (MN)

Account information incorrect. On multiple occasions, I have requested Equifax to correct inaccurate information on my credit file, and provided supporting documentation from the courts but Equifax refuses to do so. ( see uploaded documents )
