Credit card or prepaid card — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (CA)

Can't use card to make purchases. The card rejects all the purchases on my Mastercard and XXXX card issues by BOA. I have contacted them 3 times but they refuse to discuss it unless I confirm the text message sent to me. I DON '' T HAVE TEXTING SERVICES. It looks like an unprofessional supervisor initiated these limitations knowing that I don't receive text messages.
