Other problem. I had a credit balance of {$230.00} on my Bank of America Visa card and they removed the money from my card XX/XX/2020 and said they sent me a check.I never received the check and called them and spoke to XXXX XX/XX/2020 she said that they would put a stop payment on the check and send me a new check that I would receive in 7-10 days. XX/XX/2020 no check so i called again and spoke to XXXX and she said XXXX was wrong and it takes 17-21 days to receive a check. XX/XX/2020 still no check, called again and spoke to XXXX, he said he would put a stop on the second check and put the money back on my card and that it would be on my card in no more than 3 days.. Here we are XX/XX/2020 and my money has not been credited to my card or returned to me .I am getting nowhere with th
