Didn't receive services that were advertised. On XX/XX/XXXX Equifax sent me a promotional offer of {$9.00} per month with no expiration date to accept the offer. On XX/XX/XXXX I signed up for services and my account was charged for the {$9.00} but when attempting to log in the website told me I had no active product. When calling the Equifax contact center they told me on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX that my account was not charged and therfore they refused to assist with providing a refund or activating the services. They were very unfair about the process and stated there was no way I was being honest about being charged {$9.00} for the product.
