None. My laptop was stolen from a XXXX on XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I realized that my bank login information which was saved in my laptop was used to do a wire transfer on XXXX XXXX for {$5000.00}. I called chased fraud department and they asked me to fill out the frogery packet and fax it. They also changed my username and password for security. The wire transfer made on XXXX XXXX wasn't authorized by me. After send frogery packet, they declined my claim saying that I didn't take enough measures to save my account. Although I did everything they asked me regarding to save my account information. My username and password was changed. Since I wasn't in United States they advised me that I should my account number once I am back in US. I should go to any Chase bank branch and change my acco
