I waited next day on XXXX I called them back they said they didn't have my insurance information I told them I would get that from my provider. but I still need the NOTE ''. they e mail me a note of someone else 's home. that was on the XX/XX/XXXX, I call them back on XXXX then this was escalated to an escalation manager XXXX XXXX. He said he will start working on it right away, and for now he will send verification to me so that I can use for my refinancing which on a three way call with my new lender was agree to use that for now but we will still need the Note '' to close. XXXX informed me he had just assigned someone to this
