Banking errors. On XX/XX/2020, I authorized a purchase with XXXX XXXX for {$3000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I realized it was the wrong item and purchased the right item. I called the merchant on XX/XX/XXXX who assured me that they would cancel the XX/XX/XXXX transaction. They never cancelled the transaction. So I returned the item and was credited XX/XX/2020. In my anger with the merchant for not canceling the first transaction, I declined delivery on the 2nd order. The order was sent back to the merchant with their XXXX Tracking # XXXX There were 2 debits and one credit from my Capital One account from XXXX XXXX in XXXX. There should have been 2 debits and 2 credits. I tracked the declined delivery shipment and it says returning back to sender. I called XXXX to find out if this was a glitc
