Information belongs to someone else. On XX/XX/2020 a hard inquiry was placed on my XX/XX/XXXX credit report. I called XX/XX/XXXX and placed a fraud alert. I called BB & T and spoke to a consumer rep who was unable to help me. They transferred me to another line. They were also not able to help. I did not make this inquiry.
