Unexpected increase in interest rate. I was notified by email my credit card limit was significantly reduced and to add insult to injury my interest RATE was also significantly increased. I have been furloughed since XXXX due to Covid I have always made payments on time except for XXXX ( XXXX time ) I always make payments I am a great customer. I called today XXXX Sat at XXXX XXXX to ask them, I pleaded for help in a lower rate they went from 23.99 % to 29.99 % as well as the the lower credit limit which is now {$6000.00} and my balance is already {$5800.00} so I am 100 % maxed out on a card reporting to the credit bureaus which in turn, hurts me drastically! I am trying wholeheartedly to work with the credit company After being transferred to 3 different people not one person can help
