Vehicle loan or lease — ALLY FINANCIAL INC. (PA)

Problem with paying off the loan. I have a big issue with how my Ally account is being reported. The vehicle was totaled in early XX/XX/2020. At the time of the accident, I was current on my lease payments. My insurance company needed a " Letter of Guarantee '' from Ally in order to pay the claim in full. I expect they required such a letter to ensure they pay the correct amount to finalize my lease. On XX/XX/2020 Ally did do a Letter of Guarantee ( see attachment ). This letter instructed XXXX insurance to pay an amount of {$27000.00}. On XX/XX/2020, XXXX promptly paid Ally the {$27000.00} that was needed to finalize this lease ( see attachment ).
