None. Had an old loan with PennyMac : XXXX which was refinanced in XXXX, loan was fully funded on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the XXXX Tax Commissioner on XX/XX/2020, XX/XX/2020 and XX/XX/2020 and they confirmed that county taxes were outstanding with a balance of {$3400.00}. I contacted PennyMac on XX/XX/2020 4 times via phone, and via their message center on XX/XX/2020, XX/XX/2020, XX/XX/2020 and XX/XX/2020 in reference to the unpaid county taxes, that were supposed to be paid off at closing. During the XX/XX/2020 call I was given the name of the titling agent, who according to them paid the taxes for me, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX. They indicated that they did not pay the taxes at closing because they never received the funds from PennyMac. PennyMac said they would open a tax inquiry w
