Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I authorized a {$100.00} charge on a recorded line to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX not only did they charge me {$150.00} as opposed to what I agreed to but refused to provide a refund when they were not capable of providing a service in the time that I needed and that originally said that they could fulfill resulting in me going with another company. I contacted customers bank for my XXXX XXXX account that was charged. They have not gotten back to me regarding my dispute and I can't speak with a supervisor as my calls seem to always end up disconnected. I would like to be refunded my {$150.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX.
