Other problem getting your report or credit score. I have been unable to log into my Transunion account online since XX/XX/2020 ... I have contacted Transunion on 4 different occasions via phone attempting to get access to my account online so that I can see my credit score and manage my accounts to ensure there are no errors, as well as manage my freeze on my credit profile and I have not been successful. They have provided me with an error code of # XXXX, via phone, but this error code has not been fixed to allow me to access my credit report on line, so I can monitor it.
