Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have been in forbearance since XX/XX/2020 with XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I called to remove my foreberance and pay my current balance owed of {$8400.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a 35 point drop in my credit score due to an error at XXXX not applying my payment despite drafting my account of the funds. I filed a dispute with XXXX who did nothing despite XXXX admitting to me that it was an error on their end and that I should immeditately file a disupte with XXXX. I have an official letter from XXXX documenting all of the facts of this dispute. I should not have any late payments or reduction in my credit score.
