Debt collection — Southwest Credit Systems, L.P. (GA)

Debt is not yours. This appears to be a duplicate account that was sold to a collection agency per a XXXX account I did not open. I reached out to XXXX about this account in XX/XX/2020 inquiring about an account that I did not open inaccurately reporting to my credit reports. They would not assist me because I couldn't verify the account that I did not open but was being negatively impacted by. I asked them to close the account ; however, they would not assist in any way.
