None. I've been trying to get a clear understanding of why I was charged an XXXX FEE TO APPRAISER - {$170.00} by my lender ( NewRez ) since prior to closing the property. In brief, I transferred the appraisal from my previous lender XXXX XXXX XXXX. However, I was charged both an " Appraisal Transfer Fee ( {$25.00} ) '' and an " XXXX Fee to Appraiser ( {$170.00} ) ''. This property was not appraised with this lender ; meaning, there was no appraiser with this lender and the {$170.00} fee on the XXXX XXXX doesnt make sense. I asked this question before closing and I am not convinced it should have been charged. XXXX FEE TO APPRAISER to BROKER FBO APPRAISER B - {$170.00} APPRAISAL TRANSFER REVIEW to LENDER - {$25.00} It's frustrating that NewRez can not answer questions on a loan they close
