Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I have a invalid entries that was placed on my credit report and I have been trying for over 12 months to get this entry removed. I have spoken with numbers representatives, supervisors, and managers in regards to the erroneous public record and I have yet to get it resolved.
