None. We sold our home on XX/XX/XXXX. Dovenmuehle confirmed a substantial escrow check that would be coming to us. We did not immediately 'change our address with Dovenmuehle ', which means that our check would be sent to the sold home, then forwarded to our new residence - long story, short, we've never received the original escrow check. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Dovenmuehle, and proceeded with the change-of-address process, sending a signed copy by mail, AND submitting by scan/email back to their XXXX email address, as requested ( copy of change-of-address form and email, attached ). At the same time, Dovenmuehle was to send out a new escrow check.
