Was not notified of investigation status or results. I'm assuming that you either didnt receive my letter on XXXX or your just ignoring me, because i clearly noted each and every issue of the accounts that were misleading and unverified I understand that you receive thousands of disputes every day, but your website specifically states " to dispute by mail ''. At this point, i really need to see something that proves there was an independent investigation and that you didnt just toss my letter in the trash. I expect a quick response at this point with the items i deemed unverified deleted since you are in violation with it being over 60 days with no response.
