Problem accessing account. I could not access my online banking. I followed Wells Fargo online prompts to identify me. Their site required me to enter my entire social security number. I was pensive, but complied. On the next screen their site required me to enter my ENTIRE ATM card number. I was VERY pensive, but complied. On the next screen their site asked for my ATM PIN number. I did NOT comply. This is ridiculous ... any hacker would have EVERYTHING they needed to hack into my accounts! I called the Wells Fargo number on the back of my ATM card. A gentleman there transferred me to an automated system which required me to repeat my voice is my password, please verify me. I had used this system in the past, and it worked.
