Can't close your account. I closed my checking account with Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX and Capital One re-opened my account on XX/XX/XXXX and posted a chargeback of XXXX because of a dispute I had that they had credited me for 3 weeks prior, then decided to take back, when they failed to do a proper investigation of XXXX, because my computer that I bought from them caught fire and I wanted my money back! I have all of the emails proving I did everything that Capital One asked of me, only for them to LIE and say I did not cooperate. Obviously Capital One forgot my emails are proof that they failed to do their job and lied about me not answering their questions via email.
