Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. On XX/XX/2020 I sent a letter stating the inaccurate account on my credit report. I have not received a response in 30-45 days I feel like I am being taking advantage of and been ignored of my dispute! section 611a is plainly stated that a failure to investigation this items with 30 days is a reason to immediately remove this item from my credit report. I demand that this be removed immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress such party has caused.
