Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. In XXXX I noticed that my credit score dropped but I hadn't made any credit purchases and all my bills were current ( so i thought ). I contacted the credit bureaus they said that Infiniti XXXX was reporting late payments. My wife is a co-borrowers on this account. She filed for bankruptcy and her lawyer listed the Infiniti account in her bankruptcy, unbeknownst to me. I called Infiniti XXXX to get an understanding of what was going on, as well as to explain what I believed was happening. I have never been 30 days late on this account but because we were not getting any bills, I missed the next due payment. I wanted to make sure we were not missing anymore payments and to possibly get some type of courtesy because of my good paymen
