Debt collection — Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC (TX)

Debt is not yours. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, my father is XXXX XXXX XXXX. Portfolio Recovery Associates is continuing to report an item on my credit report ( s ) to XX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXXthat is not mine. I have never opened an account with XXXX XX/XX/XXXXor Portfolio Recovery Associates. I have made several written disputes with Portfolio Recovery Associates and XXXXXX/XX/XXXX under Section 609 of The Fair Credit Reporting Act which requires both of them to produce specific items, including but not limited to authorization to pull credit reports and copies of contracts and/or agreements. As of the submission of this complaint neither XXXXXX/XX/XXXX nor Portfolio Recovery Associates has complied with my request in violation of Section 609 of The Fair Credit Reporting
