Problem with customer service. I thought I was talking to my student loan servicer itself but I was actually speaking with a third party consultant that I am not actually in need of they wanted to charge an upfront fee of {$290.00} and I am not needing their assistance since this information is free of charge. The company claims to be able to help me get lower payments in the future and that they have access to help me. I have called them to revoke my payment but there has been no one to answer or return my calls. the company is called Titan Prep Inc.
