Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I have spoken with this company on four separate recorded calls. This is in regard to two separate credit accounts that were posted to my credit. These accounts were secured deposit accounts which required sums of money to be deposited to have the credit accounts. I have asked on all of the occasions for the creditor to provide those sums and how the balances are showing as they are. No documentation can be provided to show the deposits and or the current balances or how the accrued. The last recorded conversation it was stated that they were disputing these on their end yet these all show again on the credit report just as they were. I have advised multiple times that a deposit of XXXX and one of XXXX w
