Can't use card to make purchases. On XX/XX/XXXX all of my credit cards with Citibank were closed without notice. I have a 100 % on-time payment history with CitiBank. I have no negative information on my credit report, my balances are paid every month, and I have a large amount of unutilized credit. Customer Service stated my accounts were closed because I make too many PAYMENTS on my account. That is ridiculous, I pay off my accounts each month to keep my credit utilization low and my credit score high. I have been additionally diligent with payments as I recently refinanced my mortgage.
