Was not notified of investigation status or results. On numerous occasions, I have mailed several correspondence to remove the account named XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX. I never received any results. Furthermore, I received correspondence from XXXX stating that the trade line would be removed and also forwarded it to all CRA. It has been 5 months and this account is still falsely reporting on my credit. The latest false report is 2 new 90 day late payments on Equifax. How is this possible for an account that should not be on my credit report? It is your job under ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ) to properly address these mishaps. All investigations have either exceeded 30 days or not conducted at all. This is extremely frustrating as you alone are causing me great stress and emotion
