Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card. My name is XXXX XXXX. I am a resident of XXXX, Massachusetts for thirty years. For the past thirty years, I have worked so hard to always hold my best credit scores and clean history. I have also been a loyal and excellent customer to Bank of America ( BOA ) for the past thirty years. There has never be anything like this happened in the past. I had asked the representatives at BOA long time ago to set up the alert system in my credit card account for the fraudulent protection. And BOA had set up the alerts for me. And if there are three or more charges occurred consecutively in my account, BOA shall deny the charges and notify me immediately through phone messages. And in fact, there were few occasions that my own charg
