Lending Club Corporation is a broker only, and when the loan went into default, the principal owner known as XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX sold all rights to the debt to XXXX XXXX, XXXX. This loan was used for completion of a real estate project only, with a partnership that did not work out financially.
