None. My account was put into an inactive status due to violating terms of service. The only means of contact with the company is via email. No explanation could be provided as to what the violation was other than potentially someone who sent me money violated the terms of service. Each time I contact the company a different generic response is received stating something different. My wife attempted to sign up for an account but her account was immediately frozen as it used a joint account that had been previously assigned to my account. I contacted the company to have it removed from my account as per the instructions on its website and I was told my account was deleted so there should be no issue. My account is in fact not deleted nor has the bank account association been removed. Any em
